Product description
On Wednesday afternoon, in a previously dull and damp underpass in Greenock, things were different. There was a warm glow of light, the bustle of people gathering, carols playing and festive cheer. The event was the official opening of the Westburn Underpass featuring our most recent work 3573 Oak Leaves.
Featuring a wall of leaves cut into a corten steel traveling through the underpass, back lit with 33 of our Panorama 18 LED dmx controlled colour change fittings. Each fitting is individually controllable to give the effect of seasonal colours sweeping subtlety along the wall.
At the end wall of the underpass is an oak tree, again cut into the corten steel panels back lit using our RGB ribbon tape. Each branch is also individually controlled giving definition to each stem.
The two walls are not connected to one another, however timing between the two DMX programs are controlled via our STICK controller to give simultaneous effects as the program progresses from winter, spring, summer and autumn colours.
